Mr. Kieffer's legal practice focuses on Virginia commercial and residential real estate transactions, including representation of developers of condominium, single family and mixed-use projects, formation of condominium and homeowners association governing documents, lease negotiation, subdivision deeds, easement agreements, and other instruments related to mixed-use developments. Mr. Kieffer also works in his firm's litigation practice group, representing title companies in various real property disputes and representing hospitals with guardian/conservator appointments for incapacitated adults. Mr. Lange serves as Managing Partner of Lawrence Doll Homes and as General Manager of The Lawrence Doll companies, where he has worked for both enterprises

since 1996. He has been primarily responsible for handling the companies' land acquisitions and business development, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of all real estate related ventures. During his tenure, Mr. Lange has been directly involved in all phases of business and construction of over $100+million dollars of residential communities and commercial projects. He is responsible for directing product development to ensure a competitive advantage in the residential marketplace. In addition to his other duties, he is also responsible for managing support staff, human resources, sales and marketing, customer and support services, estimating, accounting, and financial matters.
