david neumaier
board president

Co-Owner - WiHome Integration L.L.C.

Mr. Neumaier, co-owner of WiHome Integration L.L.C., a smart home integrator company, has worked with numerous home owners, architects, builders, remodelers, and interior designers to realize their unified goals of a smarter home that is efficient, safe, secure, healthy, and fun.

Working together with business partner, Justin Tsuchida, they have become the first Pinnacle Control 4 Dealer in Virginia and have won national awards for their projects. They also leverage technology to assist seniors and individuals of differing abilities to live independently via CloseCare (a division of their company). They have proudly hired Career and Technical Education graduates as summer interns before they left for college, often using their earned Foundation for Applied Technical Education (F.A.T.E.) scholarships.

They actively support many meaningful causes. As ambassadors for the Children's Science Center for over a decade (Justin now serves on the Board), this valued dream of a world class Children's Science Center is now coming to Northern Virginia! They also supported a variety of worthy charities over the years. Recently, they have donated their company Tesla X to dozens of important fundraising auctions.

Mr. Neumaier is currently serving as the President of F.A.T.E.

On a personal note, Mr. Neumaier is a Virginia native and a graduate of George Mason University. He and his wife of 32 years, Alyssa, reside in Vienna.
